SWEDISH MASSAGE
A firm but gentle pressure that can improve circulation, ease muscle aches and tension, improve flexibility, and create relaxation. It is a mix of modalities including Swedish and orthopedic techniques, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and passive stretching
REFLEXOLOGY
A focused pressure technique based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet and hands which correspond to every part of the body. When manipulated, the reflexes can trigger physical reactions in those corresponding body parts.
HOT STONE MASSAGE
Hot stone massage is a variation of classical massage.
Basalt stones are heated and used as an extention of the therapists own body. The heat from the stones relax the muscles allowing for deeper pressure, if desired.
